These Terms govern your use of the app and any paid subscriptions or purchases within the app. By using the app and/or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
• Monthly subscription: €4.99 per month (1 week free trial, eligible once per user)
• Annual subscription: €49.99 per year (1 week free trial, eligible once per user)
• Lifetime purchase: €99.99 one-time (1 week free trial, eligible once per user)
Eligible users may receive a one-time free trial of seven (7) days. The trial begins when the trial is activated/purchased. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription and your chosen payment method (App Store / Google Play) will be charged.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the applicable billing period (monthly or annual) and are billed through the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play). You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store / Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; paid periods are not refunded pro rata unless required by law or otherwise stated.
The lifetime purchase is a one-time, non‑recurring purchase granting permanent access to premium features. It is billed via the platform at the time of purchase.
Refunds are generally handled by Apple or Google. If you wish to request a refund, please contact the platform support (App Store / Google Play). We can assist, but final refund decisions are made by the platform.
To restore purchases (e.g., when switching devices), use the "Restore Purchases" feature in the app or sign in with the same Apple / Google account used for the purchase.
The free trial is limited to once per user. We reserve the right to deny or limit trial offers in cases of abuse or multiple account creation.
We may change prices from time to time. Existing subscriptions may be affected by price changes; we will inform you in advance and, where required, provide the option to cancel.
Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive or store credit card details. See our Privacy Policy for information about the data we collect and how it is used.
Access to premium features may be suspended or terminated if payments fail or are cancelled.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. The Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Verify all measurements and calculations before use on real materials.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Jurisdiction is Germany.
